1. Go to Artist Calendar ( non - CC or Chronological)
2. Click “Add Calendar Item”
3. A new pop-up window will appear
Add all information needed:
Title ( Composer - Opera - Role (for Artists) / For Conductors / Stage directors - Composer - Opera)
Artist ( it says “optional”, but it is really Mandatory! )
Produder ( if the producer is not in the system - add it to the producer list first)
Once the event is created, it will re-direct you to the already known window, where you can add extra dates. / info if needed.
All info already added here will be automatically filled in.
