Editing a CC-event is easy: Go to Artist Calendar -> Calendar From CC Find the CC and click on the pencil on the right. It will open a new page. If you added dates already in the CC, they will already be shown. If not - use “Add date” button to add more dates. Also, it already has a title, automatically composed from the info in CC. Once all dates are there, go to the fields on the very top of the page and add additional info: Link to the producer’s website Name of Conductor / Stage Director ( if needed) ( in case you are adding an event, where there is another Artist to indicate, click on “Other” to open an additional field to add Choreographer, or any other Artist). Times of the performance. I usually add the most common time, and then go to a specific date to change time there if needed. If the time is not known, the system is set to automatically fill in the time to 8 p.m. It’s not quite accurate, but looks better on the website :) Check if it’s a premiere / role/ house debut. ( can be all) make sure the event is set to “Visible” / “On homepage” ( for top artists) here, or In the general calendar list on the left. Notice the way the event will be automatically called on the website. If needed, you can edit it from the event window or general list.
